Each buyer online store myboho.com.ua has the option to return the paid and received goods in line up to 14 days after receipt of goods at the post office, if:
You received not the product you ordered;
You received defective goods with damage;
Goods bought on sales are not subject to return and exchange.
Return procedure:
- Write a letter to our email address service@underwonder.com with the title RETURN;
- Include at least 3 photos of the product, which clearly show the damages and defects;
- Describe in detail what the fault is;
- Attach a screenshot of the payment;
- Provide details for a refund;
If your claim passes moderation, we will contact you by email with further instructions.
We will take care of the costs of the return of defective goods.
